Can a business create profitability based on kindness? Sure, why not? The Dali Lama says if nothing else practice kindness. This must be a very powerful practice, so just what does it entail? I googled the word kindness and here are a few words that showed up as synonyms: Accommodation, benevolence, compassion, courtesy, forgivingness, friendliness, generosity, gentleness, goodness, goodwill, grace, graciousness, helpfulness, humanity, perceptiveness, sensibility, sensitivity, service, tolerance, understanding and warmth.
